Booking Transfer Request FormGuests who book direct and want to transfer their reservation to a Travel Agent must complete this form. (Adobe PDF) Transfer of reservations which are not paid in full may be requested within 30 days of the initial booking. Any requested transfer is subject to Disney's approval in Disney's sole discretion. Reservations which are paid in full are not eligible for a transfer request.
Travel Agency to Travel AgencyA Travel Agency can take over another agency's reservation. Only bookings/reservations that have not traveled can be transferred to another agency. The manager/owner of the originating agency (who originally made the reservation) will need to:
Send a written release to bookingtransfer@disneycruise.com on the current agency's company letterhead, authorizing the release of the booking to another agency. The release must be signed by the owner or manager of the current agency and must contain the owner/manager name and IATA/CLIA number of the agency taking over the booking. Because reservations are owned by the agency that holds the IATA/CLIA number (not the agent who made the booking), the release documentation may not be submitted by the booking agent.
